The contact form on this website collects your name, organisation and role, institutional email address, enquiry type, expertise area of interest, your message, and optionally a timeline and how you heard about us. We only ask for what is needed to review and route your enquiry. Please do not include student names, learner data or other sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use it

Enquiries are routed to the Research Group lead by email for review, and may be shared with a relevant Research Group member where your enquiry relates to their area of expertise.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a basic record of Research Group correspondence, consistent with Ministry of Education record-keeping requirements.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the website is used — for example, which pages and downloads are most useful — without collecting unnecessary personal data.
